About the Artist
I am Laleh Bagherzadi, a fine artist, mural artist, and educator based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
My work explores the connection between nature, movement, and the spaces we inhabit. Combining years of artistic practice with my background in plant physiology and scientific research, I create artwork that transforms spaces into meaningful experiences.
My paintings and murals have been exhibited nationally and internationally, including exhibitions in England and Azerbaijan. I currently serve as Director of the Central Region for the Watercolor Society of North Carolina.
